Czekając na autobus linii 20 zobaczyliśmy tę wypożyczalnię. Następnego dnia wypożyczyliśmy tutaj auto na dwa dni. Bardzo się cieszę, że nie wzięliśmy tylko na jeden dzień, bo byłoby to zdecydowanie za krótko. Atrakcji na Krecie jest mnóstwo — my tylko część zaliczyliśmy: muzeum archeologiczne w Heraklionie, piękna Chania, urocze Rethymno, niesamowite jezioro Kournas, Spilies Beach z jaskinią. Polecam serdecznie, bo obsługa jest bardzo przyjazna, nie było żadnych kłopotów. Nie potrzeba zabezpieczenia w postaci karty kredytowej. Ubezpieczenie jest full jeśli tylko przestrzega się kilku prostych zasad.Samochód był wyposażony w CarPlay, więc mapę mieliśmy na głównym wyświetlaczu — super sprawa, tym bardziej że fotoradary są zaznaczone na mapie.

Roman and Compass Crete were fantastic to work with. I was looking for a rental that could be picked up in Chania and then dropped off in Heraklion 5 days later. This was the only company I found that was affordable, and Roman actually delivered the car to us at our Airbnb which was a huge bonus. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent on Crete. We agree absolutely with this high rating. The condition of the car was impeccable as well as service level. The owner advices about places to visit weren't trivial and due to that we discovered new interesting locations of wonderful Crete (before that we drove approx. 2000 km around the island in previous trips). Брали машину в сумме на 3 дня. Это были Skoda Fabia и VW Polo, машины в идеальном состоянии. По аренде авто, все очень быстро — списались, определились с датами и машиной, с утра машина под отелем, 5 минут на заполнение документов и можно ехать. Очень приятный владелец Роман, спасибо за то, что подсказали маршруты и сделали эти 3 дня незабываемыми!

Amazing car rental company, would definitely definitely recommend!! I went to Crete with my partner and stayed at Rimondi Grand which was too remote so we needed a car. I had never rented a car before so I was worried but excited. Roman explained the whole process and allowed us to test drive the car with him in it which helped me a lot. He also spent a while explaining all the different conditions for driving in Crete and the rules on the road etc which was super handy! He also told us about all the things we can do on the island and was great at recommending beaches and trips whilst telling us which ones to avoid driving to due to the road conditions. This was an added bonus as he clearly wanted us to enjoy our holiday, super lovely. We also met a lady who works there when we went to get the car checked out & she was very lovely as well & you can tell it is a family run company. Very very happy and would rent from them again when I’m in Crete in the future.

Polecam w 100% firmę CompassCrete. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Swobodna komunikacja w języku angielskim oraz częściowo po polsku. Kwestie ubezpieczenia można przeczytać w języku polskim. Dostałem również mapę z atrakcjami wyspy pomocna mimo nawigacji w telefonie. Brak ukrytych opłat ani kaucji za wypożyczenie samochodu, możliwość delikatnej negocjacji ceny. Samochód który wypożyczyłem był przedewstykim czysty zadbany brak usterek (czerwona skoda fabia). Życzę aby firma się rozwijała nadal w tą stronę i odnosiła sukcesy.

Hired a car for 5 days. I was met at Chania airport as I walked out of arrivals. Went and sat on one of the airport seats, completed the final bit of paperwork. Then was taken out and shown the rental car. Was driven past where the car needed to be returned. Then left to our own devices. One of the easiest car pick ups I have had. The car was new. Had 6000km on it, even had some new car smell left. Returning was just as easy as pick up. All this, and for a very competitive price, and with full insurance — much needed if you ask me on Cretan roads.
