The car was rented for 9 days; the first car, if any shortcomings arose, was immediately exchanged for another without additional charges. The fleet is two years old or younger. We chose the rental company based on the great reviews and because it was literally just steps away from our hotel.... Booking the car online ten days in advance, choosing a new Skoda Fabia automatic for 5 days. Car handed over in perfect condition, clean as if it had just left the production line. It had only covered a few thousand kilometres. The owner gave us some interesting tips for excursions. We enjoyed all the trips and added a few hundred km to the car odometer. We had no problem with the car. Returning the car was also fine. Thank you for the quality service at reasonable price and would recommend to any interested parties.read more

Android Auto for 2 days for a total of €100 with VK without self-service after waiting in vain for the bus in the sweltering heat. As a reward, we received plenty of tips for excursions and saw breathtaking places that we would never have thought of on our own. After a day in the hotel we got bored again and got a 2023 Hyundai i20 for 2 days for €120 including new excursion recommendations. The return was problem-free. This was my first car rental abroad and I couldn't have chosen a better place. Everything was efficiently explained... regarding the insurance (full), it dispelled my fears. Formalities took 5 minutes plus nice tips with a mark on the map where it is worth going by car and where it is better to buy an organized trip. Finally, the keys to the new Hyundai i20 (4000 km mileage). When returning the car, the lady looked at it without looking at it and made sure everything was finewe thanked each other. Amazing car rental company, would definitely definitely recommend!!I went to Crete with my partner and stayed at... Rimondi Grand which was too remote so we needed a car. I had never rented a car before so I was worried but excited. Roman explained the whole process and allowed us to test drive the car with him in it which helped me a lot. He also spent a while explaining all the different conditions for driving in Crete and the rules on the road etc which was super handy! He also told us about all the things we can do on the island and was great at recommending beaches and trips whilst telling us which ones to avoid driving to due to the road conditions. This was an added bonus as he clearly wanted us to enjoy our holiday, super lovely.We also met a lady who works there when we went to get the car checked out & she was very lovely as well & you can tell it is a family run company. Very very happy and would rent from them again when I’m in Crete in the futureread more

Hired a car for 5 days. I was met at Chania airport as I walked out of arrivals. Went and sat on one of the airport... seats, completed the final bit of paperwork. Then was taken out and shown the car. Was driven past where the car needed to be returned. Then left to our own devices. One of the easiest car pick ups I have had. Car was new. Had 6000km on it, even had some new car smell left.Returning was just as easy as pick up.All this, and for a very competitive price, and with full insurance - much needed if you ask me on Cretan roads.read more

Hired a car for 8 days, the owners were really nice and helpful. They dropped off the car to our Villa and we were able... to return it to the airport before flying back home which was very handy. They also recommended loads of places to visit in Crete and we had an amazing holiday overall. Full insurance was included without a deposit, would definitely hire from them again!read more

This is a local business run by a very friendly brother and sister team by the name of Roman and Tatyana.Not only are... the hire prices great value, they also include insurance as part of the deal and do not take a holding charge on your credit card unlike many other companies which do.We were also given a map of Crete and advised of places of interest that may be worth visiting.Compass also came to our hotel to complete the hire formalities on the same day we called them (many other hire car companies could only offer us a car the next day or later!) and also offered us a drop off at our hotel (which was off the beaten track).Well done CompassCrete a fantastic service.read more

Бронировал заранее по WhatsApp без предоплаты и залога. Все нюансы Роман объяснил при получении автомобиля в отеле, сам процесс которого занял не более 10 минут. В стоимость аренды были включены хорошие условия по страховке. Автомобиль был в отличном состоянии, чистым, а так же с полным баком, что очень удобно для начала путешествия. По аренде, все очень быстро - списались, определились с датами и машиной, с утра машина под отелем, 5 минут на заполнение документов и можно ехать.

Отдыхали с 02.07.2020 на Крите в районе Скалетта, брали машину Skoda... CityGo на 2 дня у Романа. Все супер, доставили во время как и договаривались к 10 утра прямо к отелю. Заполнили бумаги в течении 5 минут и оплатили наличными.Цена очень по радовала. Так же Роман дал карту, показал прикольные местечки и куда стоит сьездить и что посмотреть.Машина была практически новая, пробега около 40 тысяч.Маленькая, удобная (парковаться вообще супер)Изначально думал будет механика (никогда на автомате не ездил), но Роман привез Шкоду на автомате и это было супер решение. Берите в любом случае автомат, в городах таких как Ираклион или Ханья в самый раз, улицы узкие, все ездят как попало. В следущий раз как приедем, обязательно будем брать еще раз. Спасибо за услуги, советую всем. Не обман, и никаких подводных камней.read more
